Pilates Certification

IM=X Pilates Studios offers qualified fitness professionals and fitness enthusiasts an opportunity to go through our pilates certification for FREE. Apprentice employees receive a thorough pilates education and earn credit towards opening their own studio business! Get into the growing field of fitness and wellness with our Apprentice Program.

Studio Apprentice Program - If you have always been passionate about fitness and have dreamed of owning your own business; then you may want to consider our Apprentice Program. We offer two options: a 24 month period whereby you will receive a credit of $10,000 towards opening your own studio; and a 36 month program which earns a credit of $18,000 towards opening your own studio! This is the best way to learn the skills necessary to be successful in business.

Qualified applicants of the IM=X Pilates Apprenticeship Program will be employed by one of our franchisees. The Apprentice is required to sign an employment agreement with the franchisee and fill-out an application with the franchisor (The Xercize Studio, LLC). You then will begin the process of completing all required certifications and full-time employment with on-the-job training at one of our studio locations.

Our 24 month Apprenticeship Program includes Basic Certification, Advanced Certification, SUPER Advanced Certification and full-time employment with our franchisee as well as on-the-job training in marketing, membership sales, data management, customer service, class scheduling and membership billing.

Our 36 month Apprenticeship Program includes Basic Certification, Advanced Certification, SUPER Advanced Certification, Heart Rate Training, Yoga Certification, Spinal Xercize Certification and full-time employment including assistant manager duties at an IM=X Pilates Studio. In the second or third year of employment, you will attend our 3-Day Business Training Course. As an apprentice, you will learn a wide range of operational topics - all of which prepare you to open your own business. Topics covered in Business Training and on-the-job experience include:

- implementing a cost-effective marketing plan
- advertising placement and assessment of effectiveness
- data and billing management
- maintaining a class schedule based on attendance
- customer service and quality control
- computer and software training
- monthly revenue reporting and financial planning

At the end of the apprenticeship period, you will have received the valuable training to create your future as a business owner. Under the 24 month program, we will discount the initial franchise fee by $10,000; under the 36 month program, we will discount the initial franchise fee by $18,000. If you fail to complete your employment term or if you are terminated from the Apprenticeship Program, the discount offer is no longer available to you. The discount only applies to the Initial Franchise Fee and is non-transferable.
