The IM=X® Yoga Program includes a variety of standing and floor sequences that improve balance control, range of motion, posture, strength, breath, spine stabilization and fluid movement. It is a unique workout as it applies IM=X® Ring Stabilization Techniques with yoga postures to increase core recruitment and strength. Forced exhalation as well as deep quite breathing are used throughout the session to help focus the postures and calm tense muscles. Done regularly, these workouts stabilize the spine, increase joint mobility, improve cardio function, increase balance and refresh the mind. IM=X® Yoga begins with eight standing series and then completes with six floor series. This program is used to: • Learn relaxation techniques and breathing

IM=X® Yoga routines are sometimes combined with Jog Board choreography for a total body workout! Other formats blend IM=X® Yoga with IM=X® Mat or Cycling -- check your local studio for class options
The IM=X® Ballet Bar Program includes 12 sequences that provide a total body workout. These sequences are usually taught in combination with Tower or Reformer sequences to provide a unique variety of exercise routines.
Inspired by traditional ballet training, the IM=X® Ballet Bar starts with grande and demi pliés which are performed in combination with IM=X® Ring Stabilization Techniques. The leg sequences progress with tendus, attitudes, leg extensions and arabesques to provide a powerful lower body lengthening and toning experience. Calf raises known in ballet terms as relevés are combined with upper body strengthening with weights. Quick leg lifts or grande battements challenge leg flexibility and raise the heart rate. The secret to a lean and strong body has been known by dancers for years - now IM=X® members can receive the best of pilates and ballet barre type conditioning -- all in one session!

The IM=X® Tower Program offers a great workout variations for IM=X Pilates members. The 14 sequences include upper and lower limb strengthening; balancing and stabilization plus physioball exercises. The program follows the IM=X philosophy of providing increased resistance and unique variations on traditional pilates choreography. These routines are offered in combination with other IM=X workouts such as the Ballet Bar, Yoga, Xercizer (reformer), Jog Board or Cycle.
