With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, I bring a diverse fitness background to IMX Pilates & Fitness. As a certified IMX Pilates instructor, former professional figure competitor, and dedicated yoga practitioner, I combine strength, flexibility, and endurance training to help clients achieve total body transformation. My approach focuses on alignment, core strength, and mindful movement, empowering individuals to build resilience and confidence from the inside out. Whether on the mat, the Xercizer, or the paddleboard, my goal is to inspire others to move with purpose and joy.

As an IM=X Pilates instructor, a physiotherapist who graduated in Brazil, and a former athlete, I personally used Pilates as a way to improve and refine my athletic technique, which led me to achieve great results. From my perspective as a physiotherapist using the IM=X method, I guide clients to improve their strength, flexibility, posture, and proprioception, and even reduce pain to promote a healthier lifestyle, strengthening the body from the inside out through various approaches focused on their goals. Em uma perspectiva de fisioterapeuta usando o método IM=X, vou direcionar o cliente a alcancar a melhora na força, flexibilidade, postura, propriocepção e até mesmo reduzir o foco da dor para promover um modo de vida mais saudável, fortalecendo o corpo de dentro para fora com diferentes formatos, focando no seu objetivo.

I have just relocated to Florida from Las Vegas and am excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm for helping others reach their aspirations to IM=X. Being a professional dancer, I found Pilates helped give me the strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness to dance for over 20 years. After seeing numerous of my fellow dancers get injured, I knew I needed to share my passion of Pilates with others. I became a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor and have taught at several respected studios in Las Vegas. My experience has taught me the importance of tailoring each class to the individual needs of the clients. I have a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and specialize in helping each client find the right balance between challenging themselves and working within their current capabilities. In addition to teaching Pilates, I am certified and have a background teaching dance, yoga, TRX, and barre. Now as an IM=X Pilates Instructor, I look forward to sharing the IM=X method with you!

With a deep passion for movement and body awareness, I bring both precision and creativity to every Pilates session. As a certified IM=X® Pilates instructor and aerial arts coach, I emphasize proper alignment, control, and strength through intentional movement. My teaching style is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on tactile cueing and individualized corrections to help clients move safely and effectively. I believe Pilates should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience, and I strive to create an inclusive space where every client can feel supported, challenged, and empowered in their practice.
