Non-Returnable Products
Equipment: Xercizers/Reformers,Wall Towers, Platforms, Springs, Handles, Footloops, Rings

DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for an identical replacement.

Certifications
All certification and exam sales are final. No refund will be given once a course has been purchased. Participants may rescheduled course dates subject to availability within 12 months of purchase at no penalty.
