Studio Etiquette & Conduct

Arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may not be admitted to class for safety reasons and to avoid disruption.
Silence or place cell phones on vibrate during classes to maintain a focused and distraction-free environment.
Clean up after yourself by wiping down equipment after use. Cleaning supplies are provided.
Proper workout attire is required—wear comfortable, breathable clothing and grip socks for reformer classes.

Instructor Qualifications and Training:

Modifications: Our instructors are here to help you get the most out of your membership and workouts. If you have any questions about how to modify or intensify any exercises, please ask. We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to group sessions to get the most out of your workouts.

Certifications: All our instructors are certified in our IMX courses and undergo rigorous training to ensure they can guide you effectively. Additionally, our instructors regularly attend workshops and courses to stay up to date with the latest techniques and industry trends.

NEW CLIENTS: New to IM=X Pilates? We require an introductory session to familiarize yourself with our patented IM=X Xercizer (reformer). Your certified instructor will teach you the fundamental techniques that will help you create tremendous results.

Health & Safety Guidelines

If you feel unwell, have a fever, or show signs of illness, please stay home to protect the health of our community.
Always inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class so we can provide appropriate modifications.
IM=X Pilates & Fitness White Plains maintains a high standard of cleanliness. All equipment and common areas are sanitized regularly.

Booking, Cancellation & Attendance

Reservations: Classes and private sessions must be booked in advance through our online system. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Cancellations: We require a 12-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $25 fee or loss of session credit.
Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be automatically enrolled and notified via email or text.
Punctuality: Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted into class to ensure safety and proper warm-up.

Personal Belongings & Studio Amenities

Lockers or storage areas are provided for personal items. However, IM=X Pilates & Fitness White Plains is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Water bottles are encouraged—stay hydrated! Complimentary filtered water is available at the studio.
For your safety, please do not bring food or glass bottles into the workout space.

Emelle Wellness Services & Appointments

Wellness services such as massage therapy, nutrition coaching, and vitamin infusions are provided by Emelle Wellness and must be booked separately.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled wellness appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all Emelle Wellness appointments to ensure availability for others.
