Hi! I’m the owner of IM=X® Pilates Peoria, and also a certified instructor — but more than anything, I’m someone who’s passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and supported.
Bringing IM=X to Peoria is such an exciting chapter. This method is so much more than your average Pilates class. It’s smart, efficient, and designed to get real results — whether that means feeling stronger, moving better, or just having a little more energy for your day.
I know life is full — work, family, everything in between — and the last thing fitness should feel like is another obligation. That’s why we’re creating a space that’s not just about workouts, but about community, confidence, and you.

Ashley Tucker
IM=X® Certified Instructor
Get ready to be inspired by our incredible IM=X Certified instructor Ashley, who brings a wealth of experience and passion to every class! With over 200 hours of practice and certifications in both basic mat and reformer Pilates, she’s dedicated to helping others discover their best selves through movement.
Before embracing her role as a stay-at-home mom, she thrived in the medical field, where her knowledge of the human body fuels her approach to fitness today. Her journey into Pilates was transformed by IM=X® programming, which not only enhanced her practice but also corrected muscle imbalances and bad habits developed from years of avid weightlifting.
In her classes, you can expect an invigorating blend of challenge and enjoyment. Whether she’s leading you through her favorite sequences, like Ribcage Stabilization or Hip Range of Motion, or taking you to new heights with advanced movements on the Reformer, Tower, and Barre, her enthusiasm is contagious.
Her ultimate goal? To ensure you leave her class feeling energized, sweaty, and ready to take on the world! Join her for a transformative experience that celebrates strength, balance, and the joy of movement.
Traci Green
IM=X® Certified Instructor
With more than 300 hours of both training and teaching the IM=X® Pilates method, Traci Green has a handle on what it takes to be successful with Pilates. She graduated on a full-ride scholarship for college softball and went on to train in CrossFit. An injury led her to shoulder stabilization therapy that ultimately set her on the path to IM=X Pilates. Traci recently retired after 20 years of teaching second grade and owning her own preschool. She now wants to help people reach their fitness goals and believes that it's never too late to start making changes in our lives. Traci is here to help you figure out how to best to move on the path to being fit, healthy, and strong.
Madilyn Green
IM=X® Certified Instructor
Meet Madilyn Green, a passionate IM=X Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted love for fitness and movement. With a background as a competitive elite gymnast for 12 years, Madilyn has always been fascinated by the mechanics of the human body. She recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, equipping her with the knowledge to help clients maximize their potential safely and effectively. Madilyn loves how IM=X Pilates challenges and strengthens the body, and her goal is to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their unique health and fitness goals. Outside the studio, Madilyn enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her beloved dog.
Angela Russel
IM=X® Certified Instructor & Yoga Instructor
With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated yoga instructor, Angela brings a deep understanding of movement, mindfulness, and body alignment to the IM=X® Pilates community. Her background in yoga empowers her to create balanced, intuitive classes that strengthen both body and mind.
Now blending that experience with the science-driven fundamentals of IM=X®—including spinal alignment, core stabilization, progressive resistance, and neuromuscular re-education—she delivers a uniquely effective workout designed for real results. Angela is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility, all while preventing injury and promoting functional fitness.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or refining your practice, Angela is committed to guiding you with clarity, motivation, and expert care.
Erica Wellmen
IM=X® Certified Instructor
Meet Erica!
Erica discovered Pilates after moving to Arizona in 2022—and it was love at first reformer! A lifelong athlete with a background in team sports, she’s always been drawn to movement and staying active. Now, her mission is to help others fall in love with Pilates the same way she did.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Erica working in STEM and diving into her passion for chemistry. She also loves country swing and line dancing, traveling back home to Wisconsin to visit family and friends, and exploring all that Arizona has to offer with her fiancé.
In her classes, expect a burst of bubbly Midwestern energy. Erica’s goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where everyone feels confident, challenged, and supported in becoming the best version of themselves.
Cindy Maas

Say hello to Cindy! She’s our amazing Front Desk Assistant Manager and the friendly face you’ll see welcoming you at the studio. With a lifelong passion for learning and a love for exploring new things, Cindy brings her warmth, positivity, and curiosity to every member interaction.
After retiring from 33 years in public education, she discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love. She’s excited to help you feel at home in the studio, share tips, and cheer you on throughout your fitness journey. Stop by and say hi—you might even catch her sharing a travel story or two!
Lindsay Vardalos
IM=X® Certified Instructor
Lindsay Vardalos discovered Pilates four years ago and quickly fell head over heels for the practice. What started as a simple way to stay active soon turned into a true passion—and the only fitness routine that’s ever stuck. With a background as a middle school math teacher and her current role as a math editor for an educational company, Lindsay brings precision, patience, and an eye for detail to every class. Her true love is the Xercizer, where she helps clients challenge their bodies and deepen their mind–body connection through intentional, controlled movement. She’s also a big fan of the Pilates ball—her go-to accessory for adding just the right mix of balance, resistance, and fun. Lindsay’s classes are designed to be supportive, engaging, and energizing. She loves seeing clients grow stronger, move with confidence, and leave each session feeling both accomplished and inspired.
