Studio Policies

 MASKS are optional as of March 1, 2022.  GRIPPY Socks are required for your reformer work out.    Please do not attend any classes if you are ill in any way or have any symptoms of Covid-19, or if anyone in your home is ill with symptoms or known to have Covid-19 or are awaiting results of a Covid tests.   

1. For new clients new to using a reformer bed, please complete the history form and bring it with you to your Free Introductory Session. When you arrive to our center, Enter into the West Entrance, we are at the top of the stairs.

2. Cancel Policy: For group classes cancel as soon as  you can or before 8pm the night before morning classes or 3 hours prior to afternoon classes.  For Private Sessions please cancel at least 8 hours prior to appointment.  Cancellation fees apply to late cancellations.

3. Confirm text message waitlist notifications, Y to accept or N to decline to secure your spot or allow the next person to be notified in ample time to prepare to attend class.

4. Be sure you do not have the following symptoms: Fever, Chills, Cough, Difficulty Breathing, Runny Nose, Nasal or Chest Congestion, Loss of Taste or Smell, Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea.
5. You or someone you live with does not have Covid symptoms, does not have a covid test pending, is not in quarantine or has not been exposed to anyone who is positive with Covid-19.
