Studio Rules

  • Grip socks are required.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before start of class.
  • Late arrivals will be allowed to participate in class up to 5 minutes after class starts.
  • Please wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
  • Do not come to class if you don’t feel well.
  • After class, please wipe down your equipment and reset it by reattaching all springs and swapping the foot loops for the handles.
  • Please leave your phone outside of the room, or silence your phone if you bring it in.
  • Baskets are available for your belongings. Please place yours at the end of the reformer opposite the footbar.
  • We have everything you may need here at the studio but feel free to bring your own ring, handles, or foot loops.
Cancellation Policy
All Group Classes
We have a 6-hour cancellation window for all group classes.
  • Early Cancel: If you cancel your reservation more than 6 hours before the scheduled class time, there is no penalty.
  • Late Cancel: If you cancel your reservation within 6 hours of the scheduled class time:
    • Unlimited Members: A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
    • Class-Pack Holders: The class credit will be deducted from your package.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled class and do not cancel your reservation:
    • Unlimited Members: A $15 no-show fee will be charged to your card on file.
    • Class-Pack Holders: The class credit will be deducted from your package.
Private & Duet Sessions
We require 6-hour notice to cancel a Private or Duet session. If notice is not provided at least 6 hours in advance, the full cost of the session will be charged, or the session will be deducted from your account.
