Our Elite Membership is the perfect solution for post-rehabilitation, post-natal, or any other physical fitness objectives. Achieve dramatic results quickly with private sessions plus weekly classes.

IM=X® Personal Training Packages:  If you are healing back, hip, knee pain or simply want your workouts to be all about your goals and needs, our trainers are eager to provide a hands-on approach. Your trainer will teach you the IM=X® stabilization exercises so that your core is engaged as you perform any move; and help determine your spring loads for optimal success.

Membership Terms & Policies

Our memberships run for 3 months and after the 3rd month, they renew on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation notice. Student membership month to month with 30 days notice to cancel. 

Freezing your membership: 

You have the option to freeze your membership in the event of a vacation or another personal reason. You can freeze for a MINIMUM of two weeks and a MAXIMUM of 4 weeks. Only one freeze is allowed every 3 months of the membership. Longer freezes require a medical note with a return date as we do NOT do open ended freezes.  Freezes are to be requested via email to imxwestwood@gmail.com. You will receive a response via email within 24-48 hours. Student membership: 4 week minimum freeze per 3 month period. A $10 weekly freeze will be charged to the account on file for non medical freezes when such request is received. 

Booking your classes:

Using our app, you have the option of booking your classes up to 4 weeks in advance. You can cancel your classes up to 2 hours before the class is set to begin. In the case that you cannot make it last minute, please call or text us so you are not charged a $15 no-show fee. Please keep in mind that we offer several different class types. The description, level, and instructor of each class is listed in our app. You are welcome to take any of our classes unless advised to avoid certain class levels. As you continue your journey at IMX, you will notice a vast improvement in your pilates skill set including your core strength, stability, body awareness, mobility, and flexibility. We strongly encourage you to challenge yourself safely and consistently to get the best results.

Canceling a membership: 

We’d hate to see you go but in the case that you have to cancel your membership, that request should be made to our email, imxwestwood@gmail.com. All memberships have a 30-day cancellation notice. This means you have 30 days to use up your membership from the point that you request a cancellation. You will get billed for a month of classes which you can certainly use or gift to a loved one. No immediate cancelations are allowed nor even under medical circumstances.  Once you request a cancellation via email, you will be sent a DocuSign (electronic cancellation form) that will contain your final billing date. You must electronically sign and send this form back to us to process your cancellation. We do not cancel memberships over the phone or via text message. 

Booking your First VIP Reformer Session with us!

We want to make your first fitness experience with us as enjoyable as possible!  While booking your first session with us over the phone one of our awesome fitness professionals will ask your fitness goals, your fitness experience if any (don’t worry we are super beginner friendly), your physical and medical history in the event that you have any back, neck, knee injuries that we should know about and they will ask you for a credit card number just to reserve your spot due to our booking system and guide you to purchase any of our trial options.

** Please be advised , we have a 2 hour window cancellation policy since we are reserving an awesome spot for you! ***A $ 10 no show fee will apply if you are not here at your check in time & do not cancel at least 2 hours before the start of your session.  Please note, if you are not here at Your Check-In Time which is 15  minutes prior to your appointment time , we may need to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure your safety and give you the best fitness experience possible ** We can’t wait to have you in our studio!
