Margaret is the Owner and certified IM=X® Pilates instructor in NY Roslyn Heights with her Basic, Intermediate, Advance Floor and Reformer as well as Platform, Tower and Tower Barre.
Her passion for fitness and wellness made her to become an instructor of IMX Pilates and Fitness. Teaching and instructing others how effectively and safely workout to become better, stronger and healthier versions of themselves is her goal. She likes to challenge clients of all ages and abilities helping them to achieve their fitness and health goals.
She likes how much science and research is behind IM=X® Pilates. The Fundamentals that are the core make each routine safe and effective for anyone who wishes to join IM=X® Pilates and Fitness.

Sandy is a certified IM=X Pilates instructor, train in Basic, Intermediate and Advance Floor and Reformer. Since her teen years Sandy has lived life with passion for fitness and wellness. This journey pushed her to become an instructor of IMX. She loves sharing her years of knowledge and experience in fitness with her students. Her method of instruction is to teach and lead in an effective and safe manner. here goal is to make her students smarter, stronger and healthier versions of themselves. She has worked with clients of all ages and all ranges of abilities. She truly believes in the science and research IM=X Pilates is based on. Sandy is a big believer in all levels of fitness so modifications and progressions are always offered. Her motto is "Self love is never selfish"

Studio Policies:
- Grip socks are required
- Please arrive 10 min before class starts
- 10 min grace period allowed if late for class
- Please do not bring your valuables to a studio, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Please silence your phone when class in session
- Do not come to class if you feel unwell, have a cough or flu like symptoms
- Please wipe down all equipment used during the class and set it the way you found it
- You can bring your own mat, ring, handles or foot loops
Cancellation and Scheduling Policies:
- You can schedule your session up to 30 min before class starts
- We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes. Without notice there is a $15 late cancellation fee
- Should you need to cancel a private session we ask for 24-hour notice or the session will be deducted form your account
- We are here to help you to achieve your goals so if you have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to ask. We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to group sessions to get the most out of your workouts
