Studio Policies:

  • An introductory session is required before taking any group class.
  • Grip socks are required.
  • Please arrive five minutes before the start of the class.
  • Late arrivals will be allowed to participate in class up to five minutes after the class starts.
  • Please do not come to class if you do not feel well, have a cough or flu like symptoms.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies:

  • You can book your class starting seven days in advance of the class through your MindBody online account on our website or your MindBody app.
  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please remove yourself from the class via your MindBody account or app.
  • Cancellations less than 12 hours before the class will incur a $20 fee for members. For class-pack holders, the class will be deducted from your account.
  • Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private session or the session will be deducted from your account.
  • Monthly memberships have a four-month minimum requirement. After the four-month period, the account will stay active on a month-to-month basis. If you would like to cancel, please email jen@imxfremont.com with 30-days notice.

Our instructors are here to help you get the most out of your membership and workouts. If you have any questions about how to modify or intensify any exercises, please ask. We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to group classes to get the most out of your workouts.
