(Lu) is an enthusiastic Pilates instructor and admirer. “Pilates has transformed my mind and body”, says Lucia, whose constant lower back pains were erased by the practice of Pilates She has a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering and after graduating from her MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business, NY, she relocated to South Africa, where she raised her son and led a successful career in major Multinationals, such as Dannon and PepsiCo. It was also in South Africa, that she was introduced to Pilates by the well-known Pilates instructor, Riaan Wolmarans.

Executive Vice President for top 50 engineering firm; International, Generation and Industrial Division Manager; Chairman of Board of construction company. Niki is a certified 300hr registered yoga teacher . Has completed extensive training with the yoga warriors for TBI and PTSD. A certified dance teacher with IDTA, ISTD, RAD. Certified IM=X Pilates basic and super advanced Refomer programs . Soon to graduate Personal Trainer NASM and health Coach NASM. Certified senior fitness AFAA Certified Silver Sneakers fitness programs . Trained as a professional dancer and performed around the world in shows, TV commercials , music videos . Enjoyed coaching Miss Universe Japan Tokyo for runway and fitness 15 years. From England and loves travel and wellness .

Jillian is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and creating a welcoming environment for all! She is driven to continue to learn more in the fitness and nutrition world. Jillian has worked with a wide range of clients, including clients with MS, Parkinson’s, Long COVID, pregnancy, post-partum, as well as athletes including Golf and Tennis players. She is well versed and is able to create an individualized program, as well as an effective program for a group setting. Her mission is to help people feel better mentally and physically while in an uplifting environment. On a more personal note, she is an avid gym goer, an IM=X Pilates™ girlie. She also enjoys audio books, going on walks with her husband, enjoys the beach, gardening, baking and trying new healthy and vegan recipes.

Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Jeandra discovered her passion for Pilates after exploring a variety of fitness modalities. It was Pilates that truly transformed the way her body moved, felt, and functioned. Inspired by these results, she became certified in 2025 with a mission to continue learning Pilates and to help others feel stronger and more confident in their own bodies. Jeandra chose IM=X Pilates for its comprehensive Pilates education and welcoming, supportive community. She brings uplifting, motivating energy to every class and creates an inclusive space where all levels feel empowered. While currently pursuing a biology degree at UCF, Jeandra continues to grow as both a student and an instructor—passionate about guiding others to experience the powerful benefits of Pilates.

Cierra is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Physiology. Over the past two years, she has developed a deep passion for Pilates, integrating her scientific knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology into her teaching approach. Her background includes experience in fitness assessments, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention strategies, providing her with a strong foundation to guide clients safely and effectively. Cierra is dedicated to helping each individual achieve their personal fitness goals—whether that involves building strength, enhancing flexibility, improving body awareness, or refining overall tone. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to be both engaging and accommodating, fostering an environment where clients can move confidently and feel empowered through mindful movement.

Deanna Blanco is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor with extensive experience in functional movement, flexibility, and core conditioning. She holds certifications in NASM Personal Training, Functional Aging Institute, 200hr YTT Yoga, Senior Yoga, barre, and myofascial release. Over the past decade, Deanna has taught a wide range of clients, from youth to professional athletes, using a supportive and detail-oriented approach that blends classical Pilates with modern techniques. Her sessions are designed to improve strength, mobility, and body awareness while accommodating all fitness levels. Deanna’s passion is helping clients move better, feel stronger, and enjoy every step of their wellness journey.
