Linda discovered Pilates in 2014 while rehabbing from recurring sports injuries. She instantly loved how the practice helped address muscle imbalances and develop symmetry to keep her injury-free and stay active well into her 50s. In 2018 she discovered IM=X® Pilates & was immediately hooked by it's updated approach that adds an element of athleticism for the perfect combination of strength training & therapeutic exercise. More than any other style of Pilates, she was impressed by it's accessible yet challenging proprietary method and unique focus on back wellness and spinal health. She became so passionate that after more than 15 years in the financial industry, she quit her sedentary job to delve into the IM=X® education so she could share with the DMV the benefits of Integrated Movement = eXercise (IM=X®), a fitness formula and cross -conditioning method that is Not Your Typical Pilates Routine. She is grateful for the opportunity to open the first IM=X® studio in Maryland to help everyBODY at any point in their fitness journey. An active and passionate owner and instructor, you can find Linda mentoring & teaching all levels of classes, providing intros and training private clientele. Ashima Arora
IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor
Ashima was raised on fitness from her childhood in India where her mother would lead family yoga exercise sessions with her and her siblings, and it has helped sustain her through several injuries. She brings this mentality and awareness to IM=X®, as well as over 5 years of teaching bootcamp-style circuit training classes at a local studio. But don't be fooled by Ashima's inviting, friendly and accomodating demeanor. Be ready to build a sweat and move briskly through sequences in each of her Xercizer classes. With her gentle encouragement, you may not even realize you are working harder than you thought possible!
When not exercising or teaching, you can find Ashima whipping up something delicious and homemade from her garden, and the best hummus you have ever tasted!
Sarah Ramberg
IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor
Sarah is deeply passionate about service and the well-being of others. She enjoys helping each and every client -- from the fitness buff to the deconditioned to those living with physical limitations-- discover healthful movement, with close to 20 years of combined teaching experience in contemporary Pilates and as a Personal Trainer. Sarah’s desire is for her clients to have brighter outcomes from the various modalities of healing and fitness. With a background in kinesiology, Sarah is well-versed in identifying and correcting muscle imbalances and compensatory movement patterns, and is especially passionate about working with those recovering from injuries or special conditions. Using adaptive exercise techniques, and possessing a deep belief that each client can succeed, you will feel assured to access your body with less pain, more mobility, stability, and strength. Outside of IM=X®, Sarah has been a junior national level bodybuilding competitor in the figure division and a health and wellness advocate for those living with learning and physical disabilities.
April Romano
IM=X® Pilates Certified / Barre Instructor
April has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, teaching many different group exercise formats in addition to personal training. Her passion for helping others encouraged her to earn a B.S. in nutrition from UMD College Park. Her initial pursuit of Pilates began in 2015 when she began to teach Barre fitness. She loves how Pilates works the body from the inside out, leaning and lengthening, and the amazing results she’s seen in herself. What April likes best about IM=X® is that it's accessible to and beneficial for everyone - it is a therapeutic yet athletic program. She looks forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals!
Debbie Clark
IM=X® Pilates Advanced Certified Instructor
Debbie has been part of the IM=X® King Farm family since July 2021. She began as a student, fell in love with IM=X®, joined as a Front Desk Associate, and has since become an Advanced Certified Instructor with additional certifications in Platform, Tower, and Tower Barre. Debbie brings a wealth of experience, having performed as a professional dancer for over 15 years before transitioning to teaching dance across Maryland and Virginia for more than 20 years. Additionally, she is the Administrative Operations Manager for Maryland Youth Ballet and teaches dance at several local schools. Debbie is thrilled to combine her lifelong passion for dance with her newfound love for Pilates fitness. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, attending live theater and dance performances, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Kit Kat!

Nikki Minnich-Donahoe

Nikki modeled in her teens and twenties and worked in sales until some personal struggles caused her to gain 50 lbs. She was able to hit the reset button, making fitness a part of her lifestyle & career, combining Personal Training with Group Fitness and Nutrition. With Certifications in each, she has helped hundreds develop healthy habits through movement, mindset, eating clean, and demonstrating how exercise and nutrition *can* fit into demanding work and family life. Nikki's style is both light-hearted and challenging in a variety of physical disciplines from functional fitness, weight training, barre, TRX, and Pilates.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, golf, riding her bike, Pilates , yoga , boxing and skiing.

Janet is a practicing physical therapist for 20+years and an original IM=X® Pilates KIng Farm client as well! She enjoys her classes and connecting with others at our studio, so she decided to add IM=X® Pilates to her repertoire of skills! Look for Janet teaching Tower and working 1:1 with private clientele.
In her free time, Janet likes to be with family and her cat-Chums. For fun, she enjoys museums and travel.

Marcia Noble, PhD
IM=X® Pilates Certified Reformer/Advanced Mat Certified Instructor
Marcia started practicing Pilates in 2018 as a last-ditch effort to stave off back surgery for SI joint dysfunction. After several rounds of physical therapy, her physical therapist recommended adding one-on-one training with an experienced pilates instructor to strengthen core muscles and recuperate mobility. Even after a few sessions, Marcia saw improvement. After 5 years of dedicated Pilates practice, she went from being bed-ridden and immobile to having recovered most of her mobility and free of back pain. Looking to add a more atheletic form of Pilates to her practice, Marcia became a client at IM=X®
King Farm. She liked the increased intensity, flowing style and the added cardiovascular element that IM=X® provides. When the studio offered the opportunity to become an certified IM=X® trainer, she jumped. Marcia is excited share with others the great benefits of IM=X® Pilates that she has experienced herself. Marcia has BA, MS, and PhD in Animal Sciences, did postdoctoral work in breast cancer research at Georgetown University, taught anatomy, physiology, and biology at NOVA, and works for the USPTO. For fun, she continues her Pilates practice and takes dance classes with her daughter.

We are excited to announce the newest member of our Team, Jing Newman! Jing holds a Pilates certification through Club Pilates and apprenticed with Balanced Body. She currently teaches mat pilates and trains friends in all Pilates apparatus at her home studio. She is very eager to augment her education by learning the IM=X Method with our strength training components and has already taken our Advanced Certification. Look for her teaching on Sundays and subbing throughout the week !

Pearl Kuebel (Restorative Yin Flow)- With a calm presence and a deep respect for the mind-body connection, Pearl brings warmth and clarity to every yoga session. Her classes blend mindful movement with breath awareness, creating space for students to reconnect with themselves—whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice. Known for her gentle encouragement and intuitive teaching style, Pearl is also generous with loving-kindness, often offering Thai massage during class to support relaxation and energetic balance.
Kathryn Thier (Hatha)- Kathryn is a registered yoga teacher with advanced training in yoga therapy for injuries and health conditions. She previously taught yoga in North Carolina and Oregon for more than a decade. After trying Pilates at IM=X®, she fell in love with a new mind-body modality and wanted to share her yoga knowledge with the IM=X® King Farm community. Kathryn's yoga classes draw on many styles, but are always accessible to all bodies. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family and puppy, reading, and walking outdoors.
Francia Groman (Hatha for Vitality) Francia discovered the healing powers of yoga as a path to healing from a deep and debilitating depression. To this day yoga continues to offer her connection, a change in perspective and a heartfelt foundation to cope with mental and emotional turmoil in daily life as well as nurturing her connection to a greater power. Becoming a devout practitioner, in 2007 she became a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher and has since continued to deepen her knowledge of yoga by studying other disciplines such as Vipassana, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Hot Yoga, Gentle yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Kids yoga, Tantra and most recently a trauma informed, mindfulness based training with Prison Yoga Project.

I believe the most important part of any workout is the one you actually enjoy. My journey to fitness wasn't about finding a perfect routine, but figuring out what movement meant to me. After years of exploring workouts, I discovered the balance between physical and mental well-being through Pilates. It became a consistent habit that helped me feel stronger and more grounded.
As an instructor, I'm passionate about creating a space to share that same clarity. Whatever your goals, I'm here to turn Pilates into your favorite part of your day. It's easy to do with a consistent routine and community!

Hi I’m Bri (Brianna)! I’m an Exercise Science student at Salisbury University, graduating May 2026 with a minor in Public Health. I’m passionate about movement, health, and wellness, and I’ve been practicing mat Pilates for over three years. My love for mat Pilates is what inspired me to start teaching. I enjoy helping others experience how intentional and effective it is, especially through its focus on the mind-body connection. I’ve spent years strength training in the gym, but Pilates has challenged me in a different way and deepened my understanding of how the body moves and connects. After a year of practicing mat Pilates, I wanted to explore reformer Pilates and attended my first class at IM=X for the experience, where I immediately noticed its science-based approach. Two years later, I revisited that experience and realized how aligned it felt with my background as an Exercise Science major, which led me to instruct at IM=X. In addition to teaching I’m an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist with experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove, where I supported patient care, monitored clinical responses, and developed personalized exercise programs. I’ll also be attending Johns Hopkins for Cardiac Sonography school (2026–2027). As a first-generation Jamaican American I value growth, resilience, and community. Outside of fitness, I enjoy self-care, traveling, DJ sets/concerts, spending time with my loved ones and my cat, Prada. Let’s move, grow, and bloom with Bri.
Lissette MiroQuesada
IM=X® Pilates Mat & Tower/Barre Instructor
Lissette has a passion for movement and has been a AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor for over 13 years, teaching a variety of groups exercise formats from Chair Yoga, water aerobics to Zumba. In 2020, she discovered IM=X® Pilates and was immediately drawn to it's transformative program. Diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome, Lissette has benefited from the core stabilization, back strength and muscle toning aspects of the IM=X® program to preserve her nerve and muscle health. After being one of our original and most dedicated clients with over 750 classes under her belt, we are fortunate to gain Lissette's expertise in the classroom when she became certified in the IM=X® Mat Pilates and Tower & Tower-Barre programs in 2023. Her classes incorporate well-organized choreography, with accessible and challenging exercises that she is adept at modifying for any level. Lissette is dedicated to empowering individuals with similar conditions, disabilities and limitations to overcome challenges and achieve their fitness goals. Her journey is testament to the power of resiliency and the life-changing impact of Pilates.
