If you are new to Reformer Pilates please sign up for our “Free Introductory Reformer Private” by clicking on the “Get Started” tab at the top of our page so you can feel the IM=X Pilates difference! You will LOVE it! You can also call Rhonda at 503-908-0224 to book over the phone.

Our studio requires everyone to wear sticky grip socks for your safety and we do have grip socks for sale if you need to purchase a pair.

Please wait at least 8 min before the class before entering the studio to allow the previous class to do a thorough cleaning of their reformer and exit the studio. Take shoes off when you enter the studio and place in shoe racks but take all other personal items with you to your basket at your reformer.

Our reformers have been spaced with a minimum of 6-8’ spacing and a max of 13 in a class and we do multiple studio cleanings throughout the day.  The IM=X Pilates Reformer workout will be one of the safest workouts you can do since you are on your own machine for the entire class with plenty of room around you.
