Studio Policies:

  • Grip socks are required
  • Please arrive 10 min before class starts
  • 10 min grace period allowed if late for class
  • Please do not bring your valuables to a studio, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Please silence your phone when class in session
  • Do not come to class if you feel unwell, have a cough or flu like symptoms
  • Please wipe down all equipment used during the class and set it the way you found it
  • You can bring your own mat, ring, handles or foot loops

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies:

  • You can schedule your session up to 30 min before class starts
  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes. Without notice there is a $15 late cancellation fee
  • Should you need to cancel a private session we ask for 24-hour notice or the session will be deducted form your account
  • We are here to help you to achieve your goals so if you have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to ask. We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to group sessions to get the most out of your workouts
