Arrival and In-Studio
Welcome to IM=X Pilates! If you have no Xercizer experience, we suggest you start with our Introductory Class. It is a free class where you will learn all about the Xercizer and our program. If you do have some experience, please reach out directly at 718-489-1166 so we can register you in one of our Basic Classes, your first class is free! Must be 18 years old to register.
All our first time clients start in our Basic Group Class to get familiar with our program and reformers. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, you will be asked to fill out an Intake Form containing Health Evaluation and Liability Waiver. Our certified trainers will make sure you are all set to work out with us and have an amazing experience from the start. After the class they will make recommendations as to which classes are best to continue on your IM=X Pilates journey.

Once in Class:   
Arrive on time
Wearing socks with grips on the bottom is a must
You may bring your own mat, ring, handles or foot loops
Do not come in if you have cough or flu like symptoms
After your class, kindly clean your machine and reset it to the way you found it
Silence your cell phone in the class.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies
You can schedule your session minimum 30 minutes prior to the start of the class (if spot is available).
Should you need to cancel your session, please give us at least 24 hour notice for the private class or 12 hours for the group class, otherwise it will be considered a late cancel and will result in a penalty.
No-Show to the confirmed reservation will be charged as $15 penalty fee.
Late Arrivals will be allowed to participate 5 minutes after the start of the class. Each Instructor has her/his own discretion to limit participation.
