IM=X® updates concepts and practices to reflect the newest research on fitness, cardiovascular training and spine stabilization; and thus is truly the next evolution of pilates fitness workouts.

IM=X® Gift Cards

Studio Policies:

  • Grip socks are required.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before start of class.
  • Late arrivals will be allowed to participate in class up to 5 minutes after class starts.
  • Please wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
  • Masks are optional.
  • Do not come to class if you don’t feel well, have a cough or flu like symptoms.
  • Please wipe down all equipment used during your session at the end of your class using disinfecting wipes and set it to the way you found it including putting all the springs back on and replacing the foot loops back to handles. 
  • We have everything you may need here at the studio but feel free to bring your own ring, handles or foot loops.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies:

  • You can schedule your session up to 30 minutes before the start of class through your MindBody Online account from our website or your MBO app.
  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please remove yourself from class via your MindBody account or reach out to us via phone or email. Without notice, there is a $10 late cancellation fee for unlimited members for group classes.  For class-pack holder, the class will be deducted from your account.  
  • Should you need to cancel a private session, we ask for 24-our notice or the session will be deducted from your account.
  • Our instructors are here to help you get the most our of your membership and workouts.  If you have any questions about how to modify/intensify any exercises, please ask.  We encourage you to schedule privates sessions in additional to group sessions to get the most out of your workouts.
