Learning the IM=X® Fundamentals will allow you to execute all moves with power and clarity. You will learn how to elongate, recruit and stabilize your core muscles while stretching and strengthening your upper and lower body. Your IM=X® Trainer will teach you more about the spring loads and Xercizer (reformer) reconfiguration that is best for your body thus preparing you for group classes.  The IM=X® Fundamentals class is for new students and is a great way to get started!
