IM=X® updates concepts and practices to reflect the newest research on fitness, cardiovascular training and spine stabilization; and thus is truly the next evolution of pilates fitness workouts.

IM=X® Personal Training Packages:  If you are healing back, hip, knee pain or simply want your workouts to be all about your goals and needs, our trainers are eager to provide a hands-on approach. Your trainer will teach you the IM=X® stabilization exercises so that your core is engaged as you perform any move; and help determine your spring loads for optimal success.

Studio Policies and Code of Conduct

At IM=X® Brentwood, we strive to maintain a positive, respectful and safe environment for all clients and staff members. We kindly ask that you adhere to the follow guidelines.

Policies:

  • Booking: Classes and appointments can be booked through our online portal or Mindbody app.
  • Cancellation: We have a 4-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please remove yourself from class via your Mindbody account or reach out to us via phone. Without notice, there is a $20 late cancellation/no show fee for unlimited and limited members, and a class deduction for class-pack holders.
  • Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified. You will automatically be reserved in the available spot unless you respond to the automated text “N” or notify us directly. If you no longer plan to attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
  • Late Arrival:  Late arrivals will be allowed to participate up to 5 minutes after the start of class. After 5 minutes, the instructor has discretion to limit participation to avoid disruptions and injuries. After 5 minutes, your spot will be given to a standby client.
  • Attire: Wear comfortable workout attire that allows for full range of motion. We recommend grip socks.
  • Minors 14-17: May participate if they are enrolled in a class or session provided.
  • Cell Phone Usage: We would love for you to document your hard work (just make sure you tag us! @imxbrentwood), but pease be mindful of not interrupting others’ workout.
