Arrival Bliss:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to get familiar with our top-notch equipment and breeze through any necessary forms.
  • Forgot your grip socks? No worries! We’ve got you covered. Feel free to bring along any personal accessories (ring, handles, or foot loops) to make your experience uniquely yours.

Booking and Flexibility:

  • Schedule your session effortlessly up to 30 minutes before the class via your MindBody account on our website or app.
  • Life happens! Cancel your group class up to 6 hours before to avoid any hassle. There is $15 charge for late cancellation or no show.
  • Private sessions? Give us a heads up 24 hours in advance, and we’re golden. Late arrival? Join the fun up to 5 minutes after class kicks off.

Maximize Your Membership:

  • Our awesome instructors are your secret weapon! If you’re curious about modifying or amping up exercises, just ask.
  • Consider adding some private sessions to your mix for a well-rounded workout journey.
