Attire and Equipment:

Required attire: Wear comfortable workout clothing to ensure safe movement on the Xercizer and other equipment. All clients must wear grip socks (non-slip socks) during classes to prevent slipping and injuries. Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Equipment use: Bring your own water bottle.

Personal items: Cubbies are available for secure storage. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items–please do not leave valuables unattended.

Class Etiquette:

Arrival and Punctuality: Arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in, change, and prepare. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) may be turned away to maintain class flow and safety.

During class: Silence all cell phones and electronic devices. Follow instructor cues at all times–modifications are available for all levels.

Post-Class clean-up: After class, wipe down your equipment with provided disinfectant wipes and reset equipment to original configuration. This helps us maintain a clean and efficient space.

Schedule and Cancellation Policy:

Booking: Classes can be scheduled via our MindBody app or website up to 30 minutes before start time, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot in class.

Group Classes: 2 hour cancellation policy. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours may result in a $15 cancellation fee.

Private/Semi-Private Sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a full session charge.

Waitlists: If a class is full, join the waitlist. We’ll notify you via email or text if a spot opens up.
