Overview: The IM=X® 3-Day Super Advanced Certification provides you with new formats to keep challenging existing clients. The certification manual provides photos and step-by-step instructions as well as a research overview on exercise for pregnancy, golf and back rehabilitation. You will also gain access to supporting video files to help with memorizing new workout choreography.

IM=X® 3-Day Super Advanced Xercizer (reformer): The eight IM=X® Basic Xercizer sequences are expanded into 65 sections, combining to produce an endless variety of new routines to challenge and engage your clients. In addition, you will learn the following new format styles:
1. IM=X® Back Strength – Learn our approach to spine stabilization and trunk exercise which is used to supplement physical therapy and chiropractic care. Gain an understanding of the causes of general low back pain. Integrate therapeutic exercise, manual traction and posture re-education.
2. IM=X® Upper Body – Expand the muscle building effects of the reformer with NEW routines that fatigue the latissimus dorsi, biceps, triceps, lower trapezius, erector spinae, pelvic floor and the abdominal wall. Increase spring loads without recruiting neck flexors/extensors.
3. IM=X® Lower Body – Expand the pelvic stabilization, hip range of motion and plyometric sequences into an hour long routine that repeatedly targets the pelvic floor, hip flexors/extensors, abdominal wall, erector spinae, gluteals, hamstrings, quadriceps and adductors.
4. IM=X® Golf and Tennis – These formats address rotational power, proprioception and spine stabilization. By addressing both the alignment and strength of the deeper spinal/trunk muscles, we are able to help athletes improve their game.
5. IM=X® Pre- and Post-Natal – Learn reformer formats that safely challenge women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Review of the ACOG guidelines and pregnancy research is provided for a thorough understanding for working with this population.

Certification Requirements: Completion of the IM=X® Basic Intensive (including Mat) is required prior to attending the IM=X® Super Advanced Certification. Certification is awarded upon completion of the Practical Exam with an IM=X® Master Trainer.
