Studio Policies:

  • Grip socks required!!
  • Waitlist:  If a class is full, you may join our waitlist. We will notify you when a spot opens
  • Arriving on time – Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter, as it disrupts class.
  • Silence Phones: Clients are typically asked to silence mobile phones during class to maintain a peaceful environment
  • Do not come to class if you don’t feel well, have a cough or flu like symptoms.
  • Please wipe down all equipment used during your session at the end of your class using disinfecting wipes and set it to the way you found it.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies:

  • We have a 4-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please cancel via your MindBody account or reach out to us via phone or email. Without notice, there is a $10 late cancellation fee for unlimited members for group classes.  For class-pack holder, the class will be deducted from your account.
  • Our team is dedicated to helping you make the most of every session. Whether you need guidance on adjusting movements or pushing yourself further, we’re here to support you. Consider pairing group classes with one-on-one training to take your progress even further.
