IM=X® Elite Membership: Receive regular sessions with an IM=X® Advanced Trainer plus access to all our signature pilates and fitness classes. Our Elite Membership is the perfect solution for post-rehabilitation, post-natal, or any other physical fitness objectives. Achieve dramatic results quickly with private sessions plus weekly classes.

IM=X® Personal Training Packages:  If you are healing back, hip, knee pain or simply want your workouts to be all about your goals and needs, our trainers are eager to provide a hands-on approach. Your trainer will teach you the IM=X® stabilization exercises so that your core is engaged as you perform any move; and help determine your spring loads for optimal success.

• Clients can pre-register for classes up to 2 weeks in advance.

• Clients who have a membership and cancel less than 2 hours before a class or No Show will be charged a $15 fee to the credit / debit card on file.

• Clients who have class packs and cancel less than 2 hours before a class or No Show will have class sessions deducted from their package.

• Private Training sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours will be deducted from your package.

• Duet sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours will be deducted from both clients’ packages.

• The studio may cancel classes with 2 or less reservations 12 hours before the class time.

• No food or drinks other than water allowed in the workout space.

• For the benefit of other clients and instructors, no cellphones allowed in the workout space. This is your time; please give us your full attention.

• Sticky socks are required for safety and sanitation reasons.

• You have two weeks to return merchandise; and if something is returned you will receive an in-store credit on your account.

• Clients will not be allowed to take class if he/she arrives 5 minutes after class starts. See late cancel policy.
