Nancy has been in the fitness industry for over 28 years. Her fitness motto is, “Fitness activities for vibrant living.” Nancy helps clients define and achieve their fitness goals using her education in pilates, yoga, the MELT method, personal training and group exercise. Her goal is to make everyone feel welcome, safe, and challenged within their own pain-free range of motion. Her fitness career started in 1990, when she graduated from college, joined a gym, then never attended because it wasn’t fun. She started teaching group exercise as a hobby on April Fool’s day, 1991, determined to make fitness fun! In 2004, she made fitness her career so she could spend more time as a mom. Since then, she has expanded her skills into personal training, yoga, MELT, and most recently, IM=X® Pilates. In most recent years, the central theme of Nancy’s programming has been on sustainable fitness – healthy movements that can be performed throughout one’s lifetime. IM=X® pilates fits ties in perfectly with this passion because if its emphasis on high quality movement and stabilization that begins with core contraction. In addition to teaching on the reformer, Nancy teaches a rejuvenating self-care class called MELT. She credits this format with saving her career by eliminating her chronic foot pain. Dahn Jackson
IM=X® Pilates Certified Trainer
Dahn Jackson is a Personal Trainer and holds certification with American Counsel on Exercise. Dahn also holds Zumba Certification and is a functional movement expert. Dahn has found IM=X® Pilates to be restorative to her own personal back injury. Dahn is an optimist, thrive on challenges, lead by example, and readily adapt to situations. Her passion is to use fitness to help improve the quality life for her clients. Her motto is "Believing in what you do and inspire others through coaching. Learn and grow each day and use that knowledge and enthusiasm to help others." Dahn is definitely a game changer and making a difference is her greatest reward.
Phong Nguyen
Owner/IM=X® Pilates Certified Trainer
Phong is the proud owner of IM=X® Pilates Bethany. He entered the fitness industry after 29 years working in the corporate world as an engineer. Phong discovered Pilates by accident but it was one of the best discovery of his life. Phong has a long history of back pain but after he started practicing Pilates, the back pain was completely eliminated. Ultimately, this lead Phong to open up IM=X® Pilates Bethany to help others experience the benefits that he realized with Pilates.
Karen Johnson

Karen found fitness and fitness training 10 years ago. It all began with dance fitness and has developed into a passion for learning and teaching what she learns. Karen teaches IM=X® Mat and Barre as well as strength training formats and dance fitness. When Karen is up late, you will find her with other salseros, salsa dancing.

Sheri Grant

Sheri Grant is an advanced certified Pilates Reformer trainer and is a master trainer in Pilates. Sheri began her career in fitness at the age of 15 where her father was a leading expert in the Health and Fitness industry. Her father was a pioneer in the diet industry and owner of the largest world-renowned fitness and health center in Johannesburg. Sheri grew up in a world of fitness and body consciousness and has 35 years of training in ballet, modern jazz, contemporary dance, martial arts, yoga and Pilates. She has worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and wellness consultant around the globe, and has trained many celebrities including Sidney Sheldon, Laura Hunt and many others. Sheri danced professionally and toured for 6 years with various dance companies. Sheri has her Advanced IM=X Pilates Reformer certifications and teaches several classes each week as well as working with private and duet training clients.
Gita Bennett

Gita discovered Pilates in 2017. After committing to a consistent practice, she was amazed at the benefits: lengthened and toned muscles, improved posture, stronger and more flexible body. She also loved how Pilates required focus and a connection of the mind and body. This encouraged Gita to follow in her teachers’ footsteps and become a certified instructor so she could share Pilates with others. She is a certified IM=X Pilates instructor as well as a certified holistic health instructor. Gita has the drive to help achieve your goals with a welcoming and positive approach.
