Jackie, a native Houstonian, ventured to Cleveland, Ohio to study Biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University. Now back in Houston, she is currently applying to medical school, with hopes to stay in Texas. She has experience in investigative clinical research at the Texas Medical Center and lab research at the National Prion Disease Pathology Surveillance Center in Cleveland. Jackie has now pivoted to a new venture, joining the IM=X® Pilates community because she believes in its mission and advocates for physical activity as a means to support mental health. Outside of teaching at IM=X® Pilates, she is active in the Houston Running Community and regularly attends run clubs across the city. She is always on the lookout for the next big race to complete.
Dana Flanigan
IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor
Dana started her fitness journey in 2006 at Bally Total Fitness. Dana’s love for fitness sprung into many forms of group fitness and one-on-one personal training. Dana is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and a performance enhancement coach through NASM. After two years of her own surgical procedures and healing, Dana looked into furthering her understanding of the body with Pilates to help regain strength, flexibility and control. She is excited to learn, grow and share her passion for fitness while building a strong community and friends.
Paige Prince
IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor
Paige is a native Houstonian, with a background in Finance in the Healthcare industry. After learning and witnessing firsthand how family, friends, co-workers and even strangers can be pre-disposed to certain health issues simply from lifestyle choices, she began her own wellness journey. Two years into her wellness journey she turned entrepreneur, realizing how she can use her passion and skills to help make a difference. Now in the health and wellness industry, she advocates for more proactive efforts through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. When she isn’t educating others on nutrition, sharing recipes or hosting events, she is trying different forms of fitness in group class settings to keep active. As a group fitness lover and instructor, it’s no surprise she found a love for IM=X® Pilates. Paige joined IM=X® Pilates because it incorporates many forms of fitness, is low impact, and utilizes strength training, while being versatile enough for people of all fitness levels, ages and physical capabilities to use.
Courtney Spry
IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor
Courtney, originally from Miami, took a leap of faith and relocated to Houston in 2023. After experiencing unexpected injuries from weightlifting with trainers, Courtney realigned her fitness journey and fell in love with IM=X Pilates while in recovery.
Courtney has a passion for teaching, cultivated early when she tutored younger students as a teen and later serving as a substitute teacher. Courtney has guided that passion to her IM=X Pilates instruction where she blends motivation, mindfulness and movement to help clients strengthen both body and mind.
Courtney inspires her clients to stay active, stretch daily and walk by faith in all things. When Courtney's not teaching at IM=X, she's traveling, creating content, rehearsing lines for skits and short films and most of all, enjoying time with her family - both here and in Miami.

As a proud Houstonian, Sandra has always loved staying physically active and living a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for fitness truly exploded during her time in Mexico City, where she immersed herself in new ways of moving and strengthening the body. Now, as a Pilates instructor, she is dedicated to helping others build strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement. Outside the studio, Sandra continues to live her passion for wellness by coaching cross country and soccer, inspiring athletes to reach their full potential. She is excited to bring her energy, experience, and enthusiasm to IM=X Pilates community here in Houston.

Kristin started practicing Pilates in the '90s with an inexpensive, second-hand reformer but found it difficult to keep up with a home exercise program as she pursued a career and raised her family. As her friends and family aged and some started experiencing health problems, Kristin knew she needed to make changes in her own life. So she started eating healthier and walking - which led to her quest for a physical activity that she could enjoy which would support a healthy lifestyle. She discovered IM=X® Pilates a few years ago and found it to be a fun and easy way to restore and maintain her physical health with the support of a community which keeps her motivated. Kristin is passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels become healthy and maintain their fitness through IM=X® Pilates.

Studio Policies and Code of Conduct
At IM=X® Pilates & Fitness Houston, we strive to maintain a positive, respectful, inclusive and safe environment for all our clients and staff members. To ensure a harmonious experience, we kindly request you adhere to the following guidelines:
- Code of Conduct:
- Respect: Treat everyone with respect, kindness and consideration. Discriminatory language or behavior will not be tolerated.
- Punctuality: We ask that you arrive a few minutes minutes early if you are an existing client and 10 – 15 minutes early if you are new. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO CLASS IF YOU ARE 10 OR MORE MINUTES LATE.
- Positive Attitude: Encourage and support fellow clients and staff. Constructive feedback is welcome; negativity or complaints should be addressed privately.
- Conflict Resolution: Should any conflicts arise, please remain calm and respectful. If you need assistance, our staff can help mediate and find solutions.
- Scheduling and Reservations:
- Booking: Classes and appointments can be booked up to 30 minutes before the start of the class through our online portal or the MindBody app. In-person bookings are also possible during operating hours.
- Cancellations: We have a 6-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please remove yourself from class via your MindBody account or reach out to us via phone or email. Without timely notice, there is a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee for unlimited members for group classes. For class-pack holders, the class will be deducted from your account. Private sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the class will be deducted from your account.
- Waitlisting: If a class is fully booked, you may be able to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and added to the class in accordance with the order you joined the waitlist.
- Timeliness: For the safety of all, no one will be admitted more than five minutes late to class.
- Health and Safety:
- Equipment Usage: Use Pilates equipment as instructed by our trained instructors to prevent injuries and ensure a safe workout. No food or drinks other than water is allowed in the studio.
- Sanitation: Our instructors clean the equipment after each class. Wipes are available if you would like to wipe down the equipment yourself.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an injury or medical emergency, please notify your instructor immediately. Instructors are CPR certified and trained to respond appropriately.
- Medical History: To tailor workouts to your needs, please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations. Consult your healthcare provider before starting a new fitness program.
- Client Intake and Assessment:
- Health Questionnaire: Before your first session, please complete our health questionnaire. This information helps our instructors understand your needs and any limitations.
- Initial Consultation: New clients are encouraged to schedule an initial consultation. This allows us to discuss your goals, medical history, and any concerns you may have.
- Customization: Our instructors use the information from your questionnaire and consultation to tailor exercises to your individual needs and abilities.
- Progress Tracking: Periodically, we’ll review your progress and adjust your workout plan to ensure you’re meeting your goals safely.
- Attire and Equipment:
- Shoes: Please remove street shoes before entering the studio. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the front desk.
- Attire: Wear comfortable workout attire that allows for a full range of movement. We recommend tying your hair back.
- Personal Equipment: The studio provides everything you may need, including mats, rings, handles, foot loops, weights and other essentials for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your own mat and other personal equipment if preferred.
- Instructor Qualifications and Training:
- Modifications: Our instructors are here to help you get the most out of your membership and workouts. If you have any questions about how to modify or intensify any exercises, please ask. We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to group sessions.
- Certifications: All of our instructors are certified in IM=X® Pilates and undergo rigorous training to ensure they can guide you effectively. Additionally, our instructors regularly attend workshops and courses to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry trends.
NEW CLIENTS:
New to IM=X® Pilates? We require an introductory session to familiarize you with our patented IM=X® Xercizer, the IM=X® version of the reformer. Your certified instructor will teach you the fundamental techniques that differentiate IM=X® Pilates and which will help you create tremendous results.
