The Covid-19 pandemic presented challenges for businesses of all types, and the fitness industry was particularly hard-hit by the impact of the pandemic.
At IM=X Pilates Headquarters, the response was to bolster the support items available to franchisees, and use the forced downtime to support staff to ensure a strong rebound.
To that end, one of the biggest projects IM=X took on was the development of three new support portals: one for fitness franchise studio owners, one for customers, and one for franchise staff. These new portals inhabit the newly relaunched imxpilates.com which also underwent a complete renovation during Covid-19.
The new Franchisee Portal is an exhaustive collection of Training Support, Operational Support, and Marketing Solutions exclusively for IM=X studio owners. There you will find all operational forms needed to launch and grow your business, all resources needed to hire and train a great team of IM=X pilates instructors, and a wealth of marketing content to be used by our print and digital marketing partners.
The new Instructor Portal is a password-protected area with two levels of access for Basic-level certified instructors and Advanced-level certified instructors. Instructors will find resources to support them in the classroom including new workout formats, instructional videos, and periodic “Teacher’s Corner” webinar recordings on various topics.
Lastly, the Customer Portal is a brand new feature where IM=Xers from across the country can access online streaming workouts available for purchase or to rent. The collection includes IM=X Mat workouts which require no equipment and minimal props, as well as workouts on the proprietary IM=X equipment such as the Xercizer (Pilates Reformer) and Tower.
Although it was a challenge, IM=X rose to the occasion with these new resources delivered straight to the living rooms of IM=X studio owners, staff and customers, and these resources will continue to evolve, providing valuable support for years into the future.
